Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our customers have a positive dining experience by providing them with clean and sanitized dishes, utensils, and equipment.

Requirements

1 Must be at least 18 years of age

2 Must have required Health Screening, TB Test, and Criminal Record Clearance

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clean serving carts, dish bins, salad bar and trays after each meal.
• Wash all pots, pans, dishes, flatware, containers, glasses, trays, and dish covers after each meal.
• Empty trash and clean trashcans and trash enclosure area.
• PM Shift dishwasher: clean kitchen mats and mop floor after dinner meal each day. Leave mats on cart in kitchen.
• Clean all chrome in dishwashing area, including shelves and cabinets.
• Complete daily and monthly cleaning checklist as assigned for your shift. Have the cook initial that work has been done when completed.
• Maintain dishwashing machine in proper working condition and maintain inventory supplies needed for its use.
• Keep counter tops, shelves, cupboards, and drawers’ neat and clean at all times.
• Keep loading area free from trash and place all empty cartons in the dumpster. Break down the boxes prior to putting in dumpster.
• Prepare required trays
• Wear assigned uniform when on duty.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
